Contact “[email protected]” to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.
Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records such as your QR Code Card.
Puffco’s customer service team may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.
If you are asked to return a defective part for further inspection, only domestic shipping charges are covered by Puffco for the return. If you are an International customer, you must pay the shipping charges for the return of the defective part.
We do not ship any replacement parts without first collecting evidence of the issue or having the part returned for testing.
